Located on the 1st floor, without elevator, of a residence with swimming pool, it has 2 beds (maximum), to spend a beautiful vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the Residence (shared), during your stay and explore the area on foot. *Pets allowed on request 30 euros supplement* * Pre-registered deposit not debited 400 with registration fee 7.94 euros.*
Main room side:
The living room opens onto large bay windows overlooking the gardens and the beach (markets twice a week depending on the season 10 minutes away). You can share good meals with family and friends on the open kitchen table. Come and discover the local specialties: Fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte, La Gardiane de Taureau, La Rouille Graulène different from the Sète rouille... Take the time to discover the surrounding vineyards and taste the vin des sables, the Pic St Loup!
Kitchen side: open to the living room, fully equipped (vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster and kettle).
Sleeping area: 1 sofa bed 140 cm, 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *Sheets and towels will be brought to you upon reservation at 20 euros for two people*.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea, along the North Beach promenade and the Marina Exit facing the bay of La Grande Motte and follow the flight of the pink flamingos above the expanses of water in the Camargue.
A real favorite for lovers of peace and quiet in the green spaces, the swimming pool in the middle of the gardens (on the other side of the apartment), and the beach as you leave the gardens.
