On the 1st floor, renovated and air-conditioned 93m² P3, consisting of a very large, bright 40m² living room with a 140cm sofa bed, air conditioning and a television, opening onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the canal. A separate, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine). Two air-conditioned bedrooms with a 180cm bed and television. A bathroom with a shower. A separate toilet. Furnished and equipped for 6 people. Vehicle not necessary, possibility of additional garage 200m away at a price of €60 to €100/week depending on the season. (Possibility to rent the entire house 2 x P3 for a total of 12 beds). Pets are not allowed.
Located in the heart of the city center and just 20 meters from the beach, discover the many fun and tourist activities and visits available in Grau du Roi and the surrounding area.

Two separate security deposit checks must be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 security deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
