This dual-aspect apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Palmyra Residence in Cap Coudalère.
You will have a very functional kitchen, open to a living room and shower room with toilet.
A terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals outside or simply sunbathe while enjoying a superb view of the Marina and the Salses-Leucate pond.
The mezzanine can accommodate 2 people thanks to two 80 cm beds. They can be joined together to form a 160 cm bed thanks to a mattress topper available.

This apartment comes with a numbered parking space. A large parking lot is located at the rear of the building.
