Located in the village 100 m from the beach, equipped for 10 people.
Located near the beach, shops, and restaurants, come enjoy this villa with an indoor pool. Ideally designed, it's divided into two sections, offering private and independent spaces for each group or family.
On the ground floor, you'll find a large, air-conditioned living room with a TV area and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, microwave, and coffee maker... with direct access to the terrace so you can enjoy your meals in peace.
One bedroom with three 90cm beds and a storage closet, and another bedroom with a queen-size bed and air conditioning. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine, and sink. A separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a large veranda terrace, pleasant for enjoying the good weather.
Bedroom with two twin beds and air conditioning, another with two twin beds and a final bedroom with a double bed.
A kitchen equipped with washing machine and dryer, refrigerator, hob, coffee maker, microwave...
Cozy space with TV and dining area. Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
A shower with sink and toilet.
The house does not have a parking space, but free parking is available in front of the house. Parking is very easy in Le Barcarès.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over.
