Apartment located on rue Antigua, on the 1st floor, in Coudalère.
Equipped to accommodate 4 adults, this small apartment includes a living room, a sofa bed, a functional and very well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a 140 cm bed.

Beautiful terrace overlooking a wooded park and marine lake.
Wi-Fi available - optional air conditioning €50 per week
A large parking lot is available to tenants, behind the residence; (Unnumbered spaces).
As part of your rental, you will have:
*an aquatic area with 2 pools, a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-biking during the summer season and finally a water games area for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from April to October, it is free for all our tenants on presentation of a bracelet or badge which we give to you on your arrival
*various sports fields: multi-sports field, basketball, tennis courts, pétanque courts as well as a half grass football field.
*and for getting back into shape or more physical work, an outdoor fitness area
In addition to the deposit, you will need to pay a cleaning deposit of €45 upon arrival.
In July and August, these deposits can be taken by credit card imprint and out of season, check or cash.
