The apartment has a balcony with a view of the Cap Coudalère marina.
It includes a well-equipped kitchen adjoining the living/dining room and the living room opens onto the balcony.

An aquatic area with 2 pools, a 25m swimming pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aqua-biking during the summer season and finally a playground for the little ones.
