The Maison des Vignes offers breathtaking views of the vineyards of Domaine de Fontenille. Situated on 1,400 m² of land, this renovated and extended house combines old-world charm with modern comfort. The living area of approximately 120 m², plus the 20 m² outbuildings, is distributed as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with air conditioning, kitchen, small dining area, bedroom with 180 cm bed and adjoining bathroom (without air conditioning), additional bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs: Bedroom with 160 cm bed, shower room (no air conditioning).
Annex: Bedroom with 160 cm bed, shower room and toilet (no air conditioning), small shower cubicle (less than 1.80 m high).
Air conditioning in the living room ONLY.
The 9x4 meter swimming pool has a depth ranging from 1.10m to 1.60m, with stairs running the entire width (no pool safety system). The living area is air-conditioned and a gas barbecue is available for outdoor dining. The property, surrounded by vineyards and nature, is fenced with a wrought iron gate to ensure privacy and security.
