Just 10 minutes from Lourmarin, this 175 m² architect-designed house offers four bedrooms with private bathrooms, spacious living areas, and a peaceful atmosphere. Air conditioning is available.

The 175m² villa consists of two buildings: a kitchen, a living room, a library, a laundry room, three bedrooms with bathrooms, and a wooden extension with a fourth bedroom. Each bedroom has private access to the exterior. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen ensure a worry-free stay. The 12m x 3.5m heated pool is secured by an alarm.
Linens are provided, beds are made up prior to arrival, and a final cleaning is included. Laundry facilities are available. A cat lives on site but is kept outside.
La Matina is located in Lauris, 35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and Avignon, and 45 minutes from Marseille Airport. Explore Lauris' wineries and shops, and nearby villages like Lourmarin and Gordes. A deposit of 1,500 euros is required, with the option to pay it without advance payment via Swikly (administration fee of 20 euros).

- Do not sit on the sofa with wet clothes or swimsuits.
