New villa for 6 people, 5 minutes from the port of La Teste de Buch and 15 minutes from the beaches of Pyla
THE PROPERTY
Designed to face the exterior, each room of Casa Jepauca has access to the garden.
The villa offers a large living room entirely glazed which makes it extremely bright, with a lounge area with two sofas and a fully equipped open kitchen.
On the night side you will discover a master suite with its 180 cm bed, with a large bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink and a separate toilet.
The other two bedrooms have a connecting bathroom and 160 cm beds.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and another separate toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful terrace with a barbecue area, deckchairs for lounging by the pool, and a pétanque court for enthusiasts.
The back of the house is being finished, as you can see in the photos, only the cladding needs to be finished on the low walls.
THE SURROUNDINGS
Located in the town centre of La Teste de Buch, you will find all the local shops you need, can discover the famous market open from Tuesday to Sunday, stroll along the salt marsh paths and stop to taste oysters in one of the oyster huts in the port.
The train line that runs near the house is used solely by the military to supply Base 120 with fuel. The train only runs once every three months, so there's no need to worry about disruption!
