Located in the heart of the seaside resort of Les Sablettes in La Seyne-sur-Mer, close to all amenities, this residence offers direct access to the beach. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as are seaside activities. The apartment features a large terrace offering beautiful unobstructed views with a glimpse of the sea.
Magnificent contemporary duplex, all comfort, comprising a 26 m² living room and a 10 m² mezzanine under the eaves converted into a sleeping area.
The living room is bright, with a sofa bed, a fitted kitchen area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a wall-mounted toilet. You can also enjoy a large 8m² terrace furnished with garden furniture, offering an unobstructed view and a glimpse of the sea.

The bedding consists of a 140cm double bed and a 140cm convertible sofa.
