Ideally located on the border of St Mandrier and La Seyne, this large studio in a quiet residence allows you to enjoy the swimming pool, the Sablettes beach in La Seyne or the Saint Asile beach in Saint Mandrier and its shops on foot.
Large 30 m² studio with a 5 m² balcony to enjoy the calm of the region and the location.
It consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a pull-out bed with direct access to the balcony.
At the back of this living room we find a very beautiful renovated kitchen.
Finally, a bathroom with its bathtub makes up the apartment.
