Located near the Old Port and the historic Market district, this beautiful, newly renovated two-bedroom apartment is ideal for a stay with friends or family. In this fully equipped haven of peace, you'll feel right at home! Take advantage of its two terraces facing the lake to escape and enjoy the great outdoors of La Rochelle.
The apartment, located on the 2nd floor of a highly secure building, is a 10-minute walk from La Rochelle train station, on a quiet, low-traffic street. Once you arrive, you can do everything on foot (market, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, seaside walks, museums, theaters, cinemas, etc.)
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms overlooking the lake. The bedroom has a double bed (160x190 cm) with its en-suite bathroom consisting of a bathtub, a double sink and a washing machine. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a single bed (90x190 cm) on top and a double bed (140x190 cm) on the bottom. The second bathroom with shower and separate toilet are located in the hallway opposite this second bedroom.
