Nestled in the heart of Eden West, "Le Gîte" is a refined 130 m² apartment designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. Renovated in 2016, this apartment combines modern comfort with traditional charm, with three elegantly appointed bedrooms featuring luxury bedding, an extra bed, and a sofa bed, all to ensure quality rest for its guests.
On the 1st level
a large open space of 80 m2, a place for exchange and conviviality consisting of:
– A lounge area with a large flat screen television and a sofa convertible into a double bed,
– a dining area and its table that can accommodate up to 9 people,
– an open kitchen, with a range cooker, an electric oven, an integrated dishwasher and all the kitchen equipment necessary for lovers of the art of the table,
– finally a laundry room equipped with a family refrigerator, a freezer, a washing machine and a dryer as well as large storage spaces ideal for long stays.
As in the rest of the house, paintings and sculptures by artists bring this space to life by blending into daily life.
On the 2nd level
The sleeping area with 3 bedrooms under the roof, one of which is in the attic:
Two bedrooms with 160 cm bed
and a 3rd with a 160 cm bed which can be separated into two 80 cm beds on request
The bathroom adjoining the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a shower and a bathtub.
