Welcome to our home located in La Riche, a stone's throw from Tours. Unpretentious yet welcoming, it offers a simple and practical setting for stays with family or friends, in a calm and green environment.
The house features a functional living room, equipped with a sofa and a television for relaxing moments. The kitchen, fitted and fully equipped, will allow you to prepare your meals with all the essentials.
On the ground floor, a comfortable bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed provides a peaceful space for the night. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, and two sinks, and a separate toilet adds to the convenience.
Upstairs you will find three simple but practical bedrooms:
A bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200), perfect for children or friends.
A bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
A bedroom with a single bed (90x200).
Outside, a pleasant terrace invites you to share al fresco meals. The large enclosed garden is ideal for enjoying the tranquility or letting the children play in complete safety.
