With a surface area of 32m², it can easily accommodate up to 4 people with a bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200) and a convertible sofa (140x200). The shower room and toilet are separate.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning, a sofa bed and a television.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and includes a combi microwave oven, a coffee maker (Nespresso), a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a toaster, as well as a washing machine.
A private parking space will allow you to park in front of the residence.

The swimming pool overlooks the Grande Motte Golf Course (subject to health conditions allowing the pool to be opened.
