With a surface area of 27 m², this studio cabin with terrace and elevator is located just a stone's throw from the beach.
It can accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed in the living room and its bunk beds in the cabin, the top bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995).
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet. The living room offers a beautiful open view and has a television. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
This apartment is ideal for a seaside vacation. It will allow you to relax in a green environment.
