My strong points: the patio, easy parking, quiet area, proximity to the beach and town center, air-conditioned children's room, swimming pool.
This vacation rental in La Grande Motte is ideal for a family seaside getaway; this 65 m² villa can accommodate up to 6 people.
It boasts every comfort to ensure a relaxing stay. Set around a pleasant outdoor patio, it features air conditioning in one of the two upstairs bedrooms.
You will lack nothing, you will find all the equipment you could need and more, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals and has among other things an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine etc...
The spacious dining room can accommodate up to 6 guests.
This villa in a very residential area also has 2 bedrooms upstairs. The ground floor consists of an open kitchen overlooking the living/dining room (equipped with a sofa bed convertible into 140), a shower room with toilet, a veranda and a patio.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, the second bedroom has twin 90 cm beds (this is the air-conditioned bedroom).
You will of course enjoy the magnificent equipped patio. (see photo). For parking, a free parking space is available right in front of the villa.
The residence is equipped with a shared outdoor swimming pool, provided that sanitary conditions allow the pool to be opened. The agency disclaims all liability in the event of a decision to close the pools by the residence's management company or the competent authorities. No refund or compensation may be claimed in this case.
