In winter, create warm and friendly memories around the fireplace in the living and dining rooms, a space designed to accommodate up to 12 people with all the necessary comforts.

Kitchen: You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size oven, a range cooker, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. This space is ideal for preparing meals with ease.
Dining Room: The large dining room features a long table that can comfortably seat over 10 people, perfect for convivial meals with family or friends.
Living Room: The living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, is the perfect place to relax and watch television. Another space, bathed in natural light thanks to the bay window, allows you to enjoy the fireplace in winter, adding a touch of warmth and comfort.
WC and Bathroom: On this level, you have a private WC as well as a modern bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. A dedicated space also houses a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Floor :
Bedrooms: You will find four bedrooms: three with double beds, offering comfort and space, and an additional bedroom with a bunk bed and a trundle bed, ideal for children or extra guests.
Mezzanine: The mezzanine offers an office space for your professional or personal needs and a very comfortable convertible sofa, perfect for relaxing or for additional sleeping if necessary.
Bathroom: The upper floor also includes a bathroom equipped with a bathtub with integrated shower, a double sink unit and a WC, providing modern facilities for the whole family.
