Welcome to Les Sablons, a unique 160 m² property ideally located in La Barre-de-Monts. This spacious and perfectly laid-out villa is divided into three independent apartments, rented together to offer the perfect balance between shared experiences and privacy. Situated just 3 minutes from the port of Fromentine (departure for Île d'Yeu) and at the foot of the Noirmoutier bridge, it's the ideal starting point for exploring the Vendée coastline with a large group.
A unique layout for everyone's comfort
The villa consists of three separate living areas, allowing it to accommodate up to 12 people:
Upstairs – "The Forest" (80 m²): The heart of the villa, featuring a vast, modern living area, a lounge with a wood-burning stove, a large dining room, and a separate kitchen. It includes two spacious bedrooms (one with a 180x190 cm bed and the other with a 160x200 cm bed), a bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace with an awning. Wi-Fi is included in this area.
-On the ground floor at the front – "La Dune" (40 m²): A spacious and comfortable 2-room apartment with a cozy living room, an induction cooktop, and a huge bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and bunk beds (90x190). It opens onto a superb private terrace with sun loungers.
-On the rear ground floor – "Le Phare" (40 m²): A second large, quiet two-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and a spacious bedroom (double bed 160x200 + bunk beds 90x190). It has a bathroom with a bathtub and a Zen garden with artificial grass.
