A sleeping area, composed of a double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a double bedroom with 2 twin beds of 80x200 cm, a third bedroom with two separable twin beds of 80x200 cm, a toilet, a shower room.
On the level, an air-conditioned office space for teleworking, a double bedroom en suite with a 160x200 cm bed, a shower room with WC, all with panoramic views.
This villa benefits from a plot of 1000 m² decorated with beautiful vegetation.
Secured by an automatic gate, it is possible to park several vehicles within the villa grounds.
