- 1 bedroom with trundle beds providing 2 90 cm beds

The historic city center with its pedestrian streets, numerous shops, bars and restaurants is a 10-minute walk away.
The city and the neighborhood can be explored on foot or by bike.

Trams A & B: St Bruno, Alsace Lorraine and Train Station 5 min walk.
The train station is 5 minutes away.
🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paid during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

💁 We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linen, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you come with your pet, we will ask you for €12 including tax / animal / day.
