- a large cozy living room with sofa bed, TV, desk for working with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains
- a fully equipped kitchen: ceramic hob and oven, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine
- a mezzanine sleeping area with a 140 cm bed
- a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer;
- separate toilets.
🛌 The apartment has two sleeping areas:
- a double bed on the mezzanine in the living room
- a sofa bed in the living room.
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the amenities available such as a television, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine), bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly," asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident in the apartment; it does not result in a debit or block on your credit card. Please note that without this bank verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you and your reservation will not be refunded. The Saint-Bruno market attracts a number of devotees, every morning from Tuesday to Sunday
Place Saint Bruno is a few minutes from the train station and the city center.
You will find everything you need nearby, whether it be shops (supermarkets, bakeries, grocery stores, etc.), brasseries, cafes, bars and restaurants with a wide choice of cuisines and prices.
🚌 Getting around:
You are close to the Saint Bruno stop (Trams A and B).
You can explore the city and the neighborhood on foot or by bike.
🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paid during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you come with your pet, we will ask you for €12 including tax / animal / day.
