🛌 The apartment has a sleeping area: a convertible sofa bed in the living room.
For the summer heat, we have provided a fan.

After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly," asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident in the apartment; it does not result in a debit or block on your credit card. Please note that without this bank verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you and your reservation will not be refunded. 📍 Located in the lively Hyper Centre district of Grenoble, the apartment is just a stone's throw from Place Victor Hugo in the heart of Grenoble, the city gardens, and close to all the amenities you need for your stay. A 2-minute walk takes you to Place Grenette and the historic city center with its pedestrian streets, numerous shops, bars, and restaurants.
🚌 Getting around:
By public transport: Victor Hugo or Hubert Dubedout stops (trams A and B) to come from the station and easily travel to all corners of Grenoble.
🚗 Parking is available around the building (paid during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding parking lots. A paid covered parking lot is a 2-minute walk away.

💁‍♀️ We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are located in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that check-in is possible from 5:00 PM. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible until 10:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please contact us in advance. An additional fee of €24 including VAT applies in both cases.
