- a mezzanine bedroom,

🛌 The apartment has two sleeping areas:
- a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size double bed. The accommodation has a skylight and blinds, for a peaceful and dark night!
- a double sofa bed in the living room.
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the amenities in the apartment, such as a television, free Wi-Fi, a library, kitchen equipment (Krups Nespresso machine (capsules not provided), kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc.), plenty of storage space (cupboard and wardrobe), bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.
Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed through a trusted third party, "Swikly." After confirming your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly," asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification provides us with a guarantee in the event of an incident in the apartment; it does not result in a debit or block on your credit card. Please note that without this bank verification, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you and your reservation will not be refunded. 📍 Located in the very center of Grenoble, you have a grocer, a tobacconist, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a restaurant within a 1-minute walk. You're just a stone's throw from the historic city center with its pedestrian streets, numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. You'll even find a cinema within a 2-minute walk, and if you're here to do some administrative paperwork, the Prefecture is a 5-minute walk away!
🚌 Getting around:
Numerous public transport options (Tram A, Verdun Préfecture stop or Tram A or B, Hubert Dubedout stop) serving the city and surrounding areas are less than a 3-minute walk away.
You can explore the city and the neighborhood on foot or by bike.
🚗 Parking is available around the building (paid parking during the day except Sundays) as well as in the surrounding parking lots. Indigo parking is located at the foot of the building.

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linens, so you can leave with peace of mind! Due to health and safety regulations, sheets and bathroom linens will be placed on your bed.
🤝 This is a community-based housing project! All cleaning fees are donated to two charities (ESAT for disabled workers and community cleaning).
