Ideal for a getaway with family or friends, this house is just minutes from St Gilles Croix de Vie. It will offer you all the comfort you need for a relaxing moment.
The house features a spacious living room with a bright living room, equipped with a bay window that opens directly onto a large sunny terrace. You can enjoy your meals there or simply enjoy the peace and quiet outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing your meals with complete peace of mind.
It also includes two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed, while the other has twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet for convenient storage. The bathroom and separate toilet add to the comfort of the house.
For your leisure equipment, a garage is available, perfect for storing your bikes or beach gear. Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden with a beautiful terrace and a built-in barbecue, ideal for barbecue evenings with family or friends.
A parking space is also available in front of the house.
