Beautiful house completely renovated this year, ideally located a few minutes from the village of Fontaine-de-Vaucluse.
This 100m² house consists of a living room with a television, a dining room, and a fully equipped and furnished open-plan kitchen. It has three comfortable bedrooms, each with a television and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
Outside, enjoy the swimming pool open from the beginning of May to the end of September, the deckchairs and the proximity of the beautiful Sorgue river for your walks.
The house is located very close to a leisure center including a children's park "Nestor Le Castor" as well as the departure point for canoe-kayak descents of the Sorgue (minimum age 6 years) from the Kayak Vert base.
This proximity causes noise activity during the day (between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) but allows you to benefit from several advantages: free unlimited access for your children to the "Nestor Le Castor" park, FREE descent of the Sorgue by kayak once a week.
The children's park and kayak base are open from the end of May to the end of September.
The grounds are fenced and our canine friends are welcome.
