Come stay in this family home, ideally located near the beaches of Lourtuais and Portuais and that of the Center. Its location in the heights of the Tu-ès-Roc district, at the entrance to Cap d'Erquy, will bring you peace and quiet.
Spacious, south-facing and enriched with a garden overlooking the sea and the bay of Erquy, with 18 beds, it can legally accommodate up to 15 guests.
On the ground floor:
- A very large living room - dining room for 15 guests with access to the terrace with a glimpse of the sea;
- A large kitchen with sea view, open to the living room with terrace access;
- A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm);
- A bathroom adjoining the master bedroom with shower, double sink and WC;
- Separate WC.
Upstairs:
- A play area with board games and children's toys with desk;
- A large dormitory room with 4 standard-sized individual beds (2 90x190cm beds and 2 80x200cm beds);
- A bedroom equipped with a single bed (90x190cm) and a mezzanine bed (90x200cm);

This property is a "stand-alone" house and does not have a conventional heating system (except in the garden level room and the master bedroom). Each bedroom is equipped with a supplementary heater and the house has a fireplace on the ground floor and a stove on the garden level.
