Enjoy an exceptional location, just a few minutes from the beaches of Montiers and Saint-Michel, the wild coves and the port of Hôpitaux, bustling with the comings and goings of scallop fishermen.
Nestled between the sea, moors, and cliffs, this house is the perfect starting point for exploring the region's natural treasures. Follow the GR34 coastal path and marvel at the spectacular views, particularly towards the legendary Cap Fréhel.
This family home welcomes you with the following services:
On the ground floor:
- A large living room, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a cozy lounge and a convivial dining area for 6 people;
- An open kitchen, fully equipped: sink, induction hob (4 burners), extractor fan, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, De Longhi coffee maker, citrus press, toaster, kettle, as well as numerous accessories (cutting board, utensils, pans, saucepans, etc.);
- A cellar with washing machine;
- Separate toilets with hand basin.
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a QueenSize bed (160x200cm) as well as a baby bed (with mattress);
- A second bedroom equipped with a QueenSize bed (160x200 cm), a TV cabinet and a television;
- A final bedroom with a QueenSize bed (160x200cm);
- A bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink;
- A fully furnished terrace with a dining table for 6 people, electric barbecue (plancha) and deckchairs;
