Don't hesitate to come and discover this charming Breton house nestled in the heart of the charming resort of Erquy.
You will appreciate its proximity to all amenities (shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, Saturday morning market, summer attractions, etc.), but also to the beautiful beach of Bourg d'Erquy (less than 300m).
The outdoor terrace, facing west, offers an ideal place to enjoy the mild Breton climate this summer.
This house offers you:
On the ground floor:
- A large, bright living room with lounge (sofa, TV) and dining table for 6 people;
- A fully equipped kitchen, with: sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press and electric mixer;
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and mirror;
- A separate toilet.
On the 1st floor:
- A sleeping area on the landing with a sofa bed (140x190cm);
- A bedroom with a Queen Size double bed (160x200cm);
- A second bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm);
- A bathroom with shower cabin, sink and WC;
WIFI access subject to 4G network coverage.
