With no overlooked views and a sea view from every room, this property, which can accommodate up to 8 guests, is the perfect destination for family stays. You will appreciate the calm and ideal location of this house, 100m from the beaches of Le Guen and Lanruen.
This house offers you:
On the ground floor:
- A large, bright living room with lounge and dining table for 8 people offering a magnificent sea view;
- A fully equipped kitchen, sea view, with: sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, "Nespresso" coffee machine as well as numerous kitchen utensils;
- Shower room including a shower and a double sink with mirror;
- Separate WC with washing machine and dryer;
On the 1st floor:
- A bedroom, sea view, with a single bed (90x200cm) and a King Size bed (180x200cm) which can be separated into two single beds (90x200cm).
- A second bedroom, sea view, with two single beds (90x200cm);
- A final bedroom, also with a sea view, with a single bed (90x200cm) and a King Size bed (180x200cm) which can be separated into two single beds (90x200cm).
