The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living/dining room area, equipped with a UHD Smart TV 📺 and a quality sofa bed (140x200 cm). (Perfect for Netflix marathons or impromptu naps)
- A semi-open kitchen, fully equipped for preparing delicious meals!
- An elegant bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) for a restful sleep and access to the balcony.
- A bathroom equipped with a small shower and a toilet.
📍 Ideal location:
- 2 minutes walk from the SNCF train station and the bus station to Honfleur, Caen and Le Havre.
- 5 minutes walk from the town centers of Deauville and Trouville.
- A 10-minute walk to beaches and casinos. (Perfect for those who like to try their luck, but not too far from the comfort of their bed.)
The accommodation stands out for its modern and elegant decoration, as well as its double balconies offering breathtaking panoramic views.

⚠️ LET’S BE RESPECTFUL:
Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be permitted. In the event of non-compliance with these regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and withhold all or part of the security deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
🔑 You will have access to the entire property. The residence is secure and has an elevator.

🏡 Central location: Our apartment is ideally located on the Deauville peninsula, just a stone's throw from the SNCF train station 🚆 and less than a 5-minute walk from the city center of Deauville and Trouville. A perfect starting point for exploring the region!
📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Check-in: between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to optimize your welcome. (And so we can prepare the welcoming committee!)
- Check-out: between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
⚠️ Late arrivals: Between 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.: €20 fee, to be paid via the platform, in cash or as a deduction from the deposit. (Because even guests need to sleep!) ❌ After 10:30 p.m.: No arrivals possible. The overnight stay cannot be refunded. Let us know quickly in case of unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to find a solution.
Formalities:
- Valid ID may be requested upon arrival.
- An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
- Any person not indicated in the reservation will be charged €100/person/night, taken from the deposit.
