Located in the heart of Deauville's famous marinas, not overlooked, and arranged over 3 levels (triplex), this superb contemporary apartment has a balcony/terrace with sea and beach views, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 with bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a double shower). It is on the 3rd floor with elevator.
With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
- On the level: A large living room with balcony/terrace (equipped with an outdoor table with 2 chairs) offering a 180° panoramic view between land and sea, a fully equipped open kitchen as well as a central cooking island that can accommodate up to 8 people and a living room equipped with a Smart TV;
- Night side, on the second level, you will find: 1 beautiful bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200cm) offering a view of the Touques and the port of Trouville sur Mer, a bedroom equipped with 2 single bunk beds, as well as a very beautiful and spacious bathroom with shower, "Italian" type;
- On the top level: a master suite equipped with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with double showers. Separate WC;
- A rest and work space is also available, ideal for travelers wishing to work remotely.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a peaceful setting (5 min walk from the town centre and the casino).
At your disposal: Bed linen and bath towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washer-dryer, dishwasher, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
On request, a private outdoor parking space can be made available to you for the duration of your stay.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Deauville's marinas, in a secure, luxury residence. It is a 10-minute walk from the Deauville-Trouville train station.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
