This superb house is located in the immediate vicinity of Place Morny, in the heart of Deauville's food shops and main attractions, 5 minutes from the sea, the beach and the casino.
Arranged over three levels, its surface area is 125m². It has four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower/bathrooms. It also has a basement gym and a small outdoor balcony to enjoy the rays of sunshine.
With a maximum capacity of 8 people, the house is composed as follows:
- On the ground floor: A fully equipped independent kitchen, a living room equipped with a Smart TV and a dining room that can accommodate 8 people.
- On the level: 3 bedrooms and a shower room. The bedroom is equipped with a 140x200cm double bed with an en-suite shower room. A second bedroom is equipped with a 160x200cm queen-size bed with a balcony overlooking the market square. A third bedroom is equipped with a 140x200cm double bed, also with a private balcony.
- On the second level: A very beautiful master suite of 45m² equipped with a king size bed 180x200m, a smart TV and a bathroom.
- In the basement: A gym, ideal for getting back into shape.
The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being less than a 5-minute walk from the beach. The house is located next to Place Morny, where you will find the local market, food shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, washing machine, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Important: The house is located across from the market square and does not have a parking space, but parking is easy during the low season. Alternatively, public parking is located a few dozen meters away. A popular Deauville bar called "Les Sales Gosses" is located right next to the house. There may be noise disturbance in the evening (opening hours 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

Arrival: Check-in is by appointment between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible so we can best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional travelers than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from the deposit.
