My Concierge Service in Normandy presents "The Garden House".

This superb villa with garden located just a stone's throw from Place Morny, the casino, shops and the sea, will appeal to holidaymakers wishing to enjoy the charm of Deauville while remaining in a peaceful setting!
Arranged over two levels, it measures 160m². It has five bedrooms, four of which have private shower/bathrooms. With no overlooked views, it also features a private outdoor garden to enjoy the rays of sunshine.
With a maximum capacity of 10 people, the house is composed as follows:
- On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen, a living room with Smart TV and direct access to the garden, a dining area with a table that can seat 10 people. A bedroom with a double bed + 140x200cm mattress topper with adjoining bathroom.
- On the level: 2 beautiful bedrooms with 140x200cm bedding, each with its own shower room.
- On the second level: 2 bedrooms equipped with 140x200cm bedding, a bathroom with bathtub and a children's playroom with games and TV.
Note that each TV has access to Netflix.
The house has an indoor parking space and a terrace with garden (an outdoor table with chairs is available as well as 3 deckchairs).
The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being less than a 5-minute walk from the beach. The house is located next to Place Morny, where you will find the local market, local shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.
At your disposal: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

Our accommodation is located in the heart of Deauville, 5 minutes from the beach, the Casino, the Algotherm Thalassotherapy center, etc.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
