4RB4 - Come and spend a pleasant holiday in Collioure, in this residence on the edge of a cove with direct access to the beach and beautiful view, charming Apartment of approximately 25m2 with possibility of 4 beds, with terrace and breathtaking view of the sea, Covered and private parking
It consists of an entrance opening onto a living room and kitchenette (equipped with an electric hob, top fridge, mini oven) with a convertible sofa Bz/sleeps 2. A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and wall wardrobe and shower room.
The 4.80 m2 terrace directly overlooks the cove with sea view
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
We are approved by Holiday Vouchers.
