About 200 m from the beach and shops and 700 m from the town center.
Renovated apartment equipped for 2-3 people located on the 2nd floor with terrace and pool view, in a gated residence with parking.
The apartment consists of a separate and equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor hood, electric coffee maker and kettle), a living room opening onto the terrace with a 140cm sofa bed, TV and dining area, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bathroom - WC with bathtub and washing machine.
Shared swimming pool of the residence open according to prefectural decree and government decisions.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
