Beach and shops approximately 300m away, town center 700m away.
In a residence with shared swimming pool (July/August), tennis court, club house and parking, close to shops and the beach and small children's park, really pleasant apartment, equipped for 4 people, located on the 2nd floor, comprising living room (sofa bed for 2) opening onto terrace, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric cooker, washing machine, bedroom (1 bed 140) opening onto 2nd terrace, bathroom / WC. Your vehicle will find its place in the private parking of the residence.
Swimming pool open following government and prefectural decisions
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
