Beach, shops, children's park approximately 300m away and town center approximately 700m away.
In a quiet residence close to the beach and shops, F2 apartment equipped for 4 people located on the 3rd floor without elevator. It consists of an entrance, separate kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave and washing machine, a bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom, a separate toilet, living room (trundle sofa bed), a loggia with garden furniture. Residence with electric barrier. Possible to park in the driveways of the residence.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
