3CONV48 - Charming apartment with stunning views of Collioure Bay and Avall Beach in the heart of Collioure's charming Faubourg district.
Fitted out for 3 people, it consists of a living room with a fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, combined microwave oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob and small appliances), a lounge area with TV and a sleeping area with a 90 cm bed. A separate bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a shower-toilet bathroom complete the accommodation.
Come relax in Collioure with breathtaking views of the bay, close to all amenities. Parking is available in the nearby paid parking lots.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental property must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning, and they may request a cleaning service at least 72 hours in advance (prices available upon request).
