New air-conditioned apartment composed of a main room with equipped kitchen (2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and lounge area with sofa and a separate bedroom with 140 cm bed, bathroom with washing machine and separate WC. The property includes private parking. For 2 people.
500m from a beach and 1.2 km from the city center.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
- High chair rental: €15 per week
- Baby bed rental: €15 per week
- Wifi box rental: €39 per week
The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning, and if they wish, they can request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (prices will be provided upon request).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (No cash or check).
