- three bedrooms with three double beds and a bunk bed (please note that one of the three bedrooms is a mezzanine - closed - in which one feels like in a refuge or a cabin and which is rather suitable for young people);
- two functional bathrooms
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a living room with a wood stove to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate the terrace and its view of Mont Blanc.
This bright apartment is a haven of peace nestled in the heart of the mountains. It offers breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Its small garden is ideal for families. It's also the perfect starting point for numerous outdoor activities, both winter and summer.
In winter, you can go hiking or snowshoeing in the Cradle of the Planet, located right next to the apartment. You can also ski in Les Grands Montets and Le Tour, which are close to the apartment, or in Flégère-Brévent.
In summer, you can hike to the Col des Montets or climb to Lac Blanc in the Aiguilles Rouges.
You can also climb the Aiguille du Midi and experience the thrill of stepping into the void.
The accommodation is also located close to many mountain bike routes and trails.
For your small daily purchases, you will find a supermarket "Marché U et Drive" in Argentière, located 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot through small paths.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal:

The accommodation is located:
- 1 km from Montroc train station and a ski bus stop;
- 5 minutes by car from Argentière;
- 20 minutes by car from Chamonix town center.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
