The apartment is bright and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, a bathroom, and a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a dining room. The accommodation has a terrace and a garden with 2 deckchairs, 1 table, and 4 chairs that will be very popular in both summer and winter.
You will have everything you need for a great stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, hotplates, and dishes. There is a washing machine in the residence hall, shared with the other apartments.
You will find a wood-burning stove in the living room. If needed, there is a baby bed available in the bedroom.
A space in a covered parking lot is available, as well as a space outside.
The resort is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
It is possible to go snowshoeing in winter and hiking in summer from the residence.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
