ArrayThe accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, one of which is a cabin-style room with just a curtain, 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally located 5 minutes from the Savoy ski lift and 15 minutes on foot from the Brevent cable cars.
Located in the city center but quiet, on the 2nd floor of a beautiful residence (no elevator), this charming 3-room apartment with a total surface area of 30m2 and a chalet atmosphere is composed of:
- a beautiful balcony with a view of the Arve (the river that crosses the city) and Mont-Blanc,
- a small living/dining room with new sofa bed (140),
- a bedroom with double bed (140),
- a "cabin" room without a door (just 1 curtain) with a bunk bed (be careful, they are quite narrow and small, this is better suited to children than adults),
- a bathroom with bathtub-shower,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine - Nespresso and filter -, toaster, oven, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, hair dryer,
- TV, Wifi,
- a closed box with an assigned space and an outdoor location (subject to availability)
The accommodation is located:
- In the heart of Chamonix.
- In a quiet residence, with easy access to many amenities and attractions.
- Less than a 2-minute walk to the city center pedestrian street, where you will find shops, restaurants, a cinema and other businesses.
You will be in the immediate vicinity of the market, open on Saturdays, walks along the banks of the Arve, an ice rink, swimming pool and the magnificent QC Terme SPA.
In addition, just a stone's throw from the residence, you will find the Champ du Savoy, where the ESF ski school is located and where you can take the ski lift which will take you to the Brévent-Flégère ski area cable cars if the snow conditions are good! Otherwise, the cable cars are 10-15 minutes away with a nice climb to warm you up!
For your daily needs, a "Super U et Drive" supermarket is less than a 5-minute walk away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the Aiguille du Midi Cable Car which is less than 15 minutes away on foot.
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley is home to 10 ski areas, and a wide range of activities are available, including snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and dog sledding. Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, accessible by funicular, and the Montenvers Railway, which leads to the Mer de Glace (Sea of Ice). The latter is a 7.5 km long glacier valley. There are many landscapes to discover throughout the year.
