Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, the apartment includes:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds;
- a mezzanine converted into a mountain corner with 2 single beds = please note that this mezzanine is prohibited for children under 10 years old because the ladder is very steep;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a bright lounge area ideal for relaxing after a day of walking;
- a magnificent balcony offering a splendid view of Mont Blanc, equipped with a table, chairs and deckchairs to let you admire the landscape.
You will have everything you need for a great stay, including: Wi-Fi, an outdoor parking space, a ski room with 3 sleds, a raclette machine, coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a dryer, a refrigerator, an iron, and many other amenities.
Cleaning fees include sheets and towels.
One of the main advantages of this apartment is its location. It is just a 3-minute walk from the Grands Montets ski area and the ESF (French Ski School), and it is the only apartment on the 3rd floor.
For your daily needs, a supermarket "Marché U et Drive" is a 13-minute walk away.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the town of Argentière famous, such as:
- the legendary “Grands Montets” ski area, accessible in 5 minutes on foot;
- the “Les Chosalets” beginners’ ski area and the cross-country ski trails, located 11 minutes away on foot;
- the starting points for legendary hikes during the summer period such as those leading to Lac Blanc or the Argentière Glacier.

The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
