Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the apartment is fully equipped and has:
- two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 140 and two single beds of 90;
- a shower room;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a lounge-dining room area to enjoy your meal and relax:
- and a balcony offering a magnificent view of the entire Mont Blanc range.
You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including: raclette/fondue machine, ski storage, documents and books, CDs and DVDs, game console, parking, coffee machine: filter, oven, microwave, television, refrigerator, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
There will be deckchairs and a 2-seater garden furniture set at your disposal.
One of the main advantages of this accommodation is its ideal location. It is located:
- in the heart of Chamonix,
- in a quiet residence, with easy access to many amenities and attractions,
- less than a 5-minute walk from the city center pedestrian street, where you will find shops, restaurants, a cinema and other businesses.
For your daily needs, a "Super U et Drive" supermarket is just a 9-minute walk away.
You will be in the immediate vicinity of the Saturday market, walks along the banks of the Arve, an ice rink, swimming pool and the magnificent QC Terme SPA.
If you are a ski enthusiast, you will be delighted to know that the cross-country ski trails and ski lifts of the Brévent-Flégère site are also accessible in less than 5 minutes.
Furthermore, just a 3-minute walk away, you'll find the Savoy field, where the ESF ski school is located and where you can take the ski lift that will take you to the Brévent-Flégère cable cars. And if you'd like to explore other ski areas, buses are available at the foot of the residence and will take you directly to Grand Montets, Le Tour, Vallorcine, or Les Houches.
By staying in this accommodation, you will have the advantage of being in the immediate vicinity of the activities organized by the resort, restaurants, cinema and shops.
You can enjoy a privileged environment and access all sports and wellness activities in just a 5-minute walk along the pedestrian street of the Arve River.
In winter, you can even head out in ski boots and head to the snowfield just 100 metres away, where you'll find activities for children.
In summer, you can go hiking directly from the accommodation.
And if you are a golf enthusiast, a bus passes directly in front of the residence, or you can walk there in 15 minutes.
You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point of the legendary Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, and the Montenvers railway, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
