Recently renovated, the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and includes:
- a corridor/sleeping area with a bunk bed;
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area (with table and chairs);
- and a living room with a double sofa bed to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness, its large balcony and its unobstructed view of the Brevent de Chamonix area.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Iron, Dishwasher, Two coffee machines (one Senseo and one filter), etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is well-appointed. It is located:

- 100 m from the hypercentre of Chamonix;
- 100 m from the Aiguille du Midi cable car;
- 15 minutes walk from the Montenvers Train (Grotte and Mer de Glace);

Shuttles to the ski area also pass in front of the building.

You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
