The accommodation is charming and very well-equipped! You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Able to accommodate 5 people, it is composed of a bedroom; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a clean shower room; and a cozy living room with a television to relax after an intense day.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 super cozy double bed on the mezzanine, Parking (outdoors - free placement and subject to availability), Dishwasher, Washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, Microwave, toaster, kettle, crepe maker, Toaster, kettle, baby bath.
You will also have a lovely balcony with a small table and deckchairs which will be very popular for breakfast or on beautiful sunny days!

The accommodation is ideally located in the town center, close to the pedestrian street of Chamonix, the shops and the ski lifts of the Brevent-Flégère area but above all 3 minutes walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, a unique experience and a must during your stay in Chamonix.
Lake Gaillands and its climbing site are a 6-minute drive away.
The resort is very popular with locals and tourists alike, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
Chamonix train station is a 10-minute walk away and the bus station is 1 minute away!
Transport is also free thanks to the guest cards given in the apartment.
A ski rental shop "O'shop" is located almost at the foot of the building (on the square just behind) and will offer you a 20% discount upon presentation of the flyer left in the apartment.
On the same square, you will find a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping needs, as well as a pharmacy, a tobacconist and a delicious bakery 2 minutes from the apartment!

You will have a transport card to travel free of charge on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and at reduced rates with the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are offered in both winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont-Blanc, hikes to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking, etc.). Other popular tourist spots include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the legendary Vallée Blanche, which invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes can be discovered all year round.
