Completely renovated, this beautiful apartment is ideal for a stay with family, friends or even for a business trip.
Able to accommodate up to 4 travelers, it is composed as follows:
- a beautiful living/dining room with dining area, Smart TV and a quality 2-seater sofa bed;
- a separate, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, and all the equipment needed to cook delicious meals);
- 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160x200cm);
- 1 “Italian” type shower room equipped with a washing machine.
Linens and sheets are provided in the rental, as well as free Wi-Fi.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Caen, just steps from Place de la République and the Paul Doumer shopping center. Just a short walk away, you'll find numerous gourmet restaurants, shops of all kinds, the castle, and easy access to public transportation (tram and bus).
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
