Renovated and carefully furnished, it is the ideal place to come and relax with family or friends, while discovering the city of Caen and its surroundings.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is composed as follows:
- a beautiful living/dining room equipped with a 140x200cm convertible sofa opening onto a terrace with a view of the shared swimming pool.
- a beautiful fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and all the equipment necessary to cook delicious meals with family or friends).
- a bedroom with quality bedding 140x200cm opening onto a magnificent 35m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs.
- 1 shower room with washing machine.
At your disposal: Bath linen, swimming pool access (please note that the swimming pool is open from the end of spring until the end of summer, tea & coffee... And naturally, the bedding will be lovingly prepared before your arrival :)

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the bank guarantee in the event of excesses or damage.
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.
From the station, take bus line 3.
To reach the city center from the accommodation, take tram lines T1, Apartment or T3.

You will stay in a quiet, typical Caen residence (a few meters from the Malherbe stadium) and a 5-minute drive from the city center.
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Physical check-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to best organize your key collection.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a warm welcome. Please be as specific as possible about your arrival times and notify your host if you plan to be late. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.
If you arrive after 10:30 p.m., we will no longer be able to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please let us know as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
You may be asked to provide valid identification upon check-in. A property inventory and photo inventory of the property will be taken prior to your arrival.
If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
