Magnificent 70 square meter apartment located in Bordeaux.
ArrayIt has a balcony and can accommodate up to 4 people.

A tram stop is located right in front of your apartment, taking you to the city center in 11 minutes, and the line is direct to the airport.
Various shops are nearby. For bread lovers, I recommend the "Boulangerie Artisanale Le Labo" which is 300 meters from the accommodation.

- the Bordeaux Botanical Garden, a 10-minute walk away (hosts jazz sessions in summer);
- Place de la Bourse and the Water Mirror 15 minutes by tram;

The Bastide district is a former industrial area that is experiencing an economic revival thanks to various developments. Facing the Garonne and the Place de la Bourse, you will discover the old Orléans train station, which now houses a large cinema. Nearby, the European University of Management and a few steps away, the Parc des Berges and the Botanical Garden offer a large green space. This new promenade allows you to admire the Tourny facade built along the quays of the left bank. La Bastide is also characterized by its architectural charm, notably with the bell tower of the Sainte-Marie de la Bastide church and the Maison Cantonale, an architectural work from the 1930s. It will be possible to reach the city center easily via the tramway or the Jacques Chaban-Delmas bridge.
